These terms govern the use of Ticket Window by merchants and customers. Using the platform means you agree to the applicable terms and policies shown before a purchase or subscription.

1. Definitions

  • Platform means Ticket Window and its services.
  • Merchant means the person or organization using the platform to manage bookings and sales.
  • Customer means a person who books or buys through a merchant storefront.
  • Activity means an event, appointment, reservation, trip, service, or other item offered through a merchant storefront.

2. Account use

  • Users must be at least 18 years old.
  • Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • Users are responsible for protecting account access.
  • The platform must not be used for unlawful activity.

3. Payments and platform charges

  • Customer payments use the merchant payment configuration.
  • Platform plans and subscription charges are separate from merchant customer sales and are billed in SAR.
  • Applicable plan limits, charges, taxes, and billing periods are shown before payment.

4. Cancellations and refunds

  • The merchant defines the customer refund policy for its storefront.
  • The merchant is responsible for customer refunds when an activity is cancelled.
  • Platform plan refunds follow the policy presented at the time of payment.
  • Approved refunds are returned through the supported original payment method.

5. Intellectual property

  • Ticket Window platform rights remain with Ticket Window and its licensors.
  • Merchants receive a limited right to use the platform while their account remains active.
  • Merchants retain responsibility and rights for the content they publish.

6. Responsibility

  • Ticket Window provides technology and does not organize merchant activities.
  • Merchants are responsible for their offers, operations, legal obligations, and customer commitments.
  • Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or events outside reasonable control.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated when services, laws, or operating requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
